The concept was to “remove the pains” of benefits administration. These pains are based on common problems that the customer base encounters as they use ben admin solutions. It works as an ice breaker and game-ifies the engagement of the guests as the come into the booth. We were concerned about sharing aspect of the experience, but found that there was not a large barrier to getting people engaged.

The launch of the concept was unveiled at HR Tech in Vegas in October of 2021.
