After previously subleasing space at 3010 Briarpark Drive temporarily in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, Empyrean is planting permanent roots in the Westchase building. The company signed a long-term lease for 108,109 square feet earlier this year and expected renovations of the new space to be complete around the end of 2020.
